Biking in and around Maranza and the Gitschberg Jochtal Pasture region is easily done! You can get mountain bikes and maps for your tour directly from the Gitschberg Hotel. From here you can set off on numerous routes of all types of difficulty. Flat and hilly areas, picturesque forest trails and meadows offer variety, good training and special ways to experience nature. Leisure cyclists can start their tours in Rio di Pusteria: from here, the Val Pusteria cycle path takes you to Brunico and through three nature parks as far as San Candido.
