Booking terms and conditions at Hotel Gitschberg Maranza

• Prices quoted are per person and cover overnight stay and half-board, “inclusive” services, the Gitschberg highlights of the week and the services offered by the Almencard tourist pass
• Weekly prices available for arrival and departure on Saturday or Sunday
• Reduced rates for children apply for children accommodated in their parents’ room (payment for two adults)
• For stays of less than three days we charge an additional 10 per cent
• Bed and breakfast: room price less EUR 10.-  per person and day
• Check-in time 2 p.m.
• No refund for meals not consumed
• Covered parking on request: EUR 2.50 per day
• Rental of fluffy bathrobes: EUR 8.-
• Pets allowed only upon advance notice, price per day EUR 9.- excluding food
• You may be looking forward to your holidays, but many things can happen before you come or while you are here. We advise you therefore to take out our holiday cancellation insurance.
• Cancellations must be in writing. We do not charge a cancellation fee up to one month before your planned arrival. Up to two weeks before your arrival we charge 40 per cent, thereafter 70 per cent of your package
• In case of premature departure we have to charge you 70 per cent of the rate for remaining days
• We shall not be liable for any minor deviations from room plans and photos
