Things to know about our spa
We recommend that you book your treatments before you arrive at the hotel, in order to make sure that we can accommodate your wishes as to the times and forms of treatment. We do our utmost to ensure your wellbeing and will be glad to discuss the treatments we offer in detail with you. Please inform us of your wishes and of any conditions from which you may be suffering. We also need to know if you may be pregnant, because this might preclude some of our applications.
Cancellations and Late Arrivals
You may cancel appointments free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Unfortunately, we have to charge 70% on all appointments cancelled at shorter notice. In the case of a delay on your part, we shorten your treatment by the respective period of time out of consideration for the client’s scheduled after you.
Hay and Allergies
The hay we use comes exclusively from unfertilized alpine meadows situated at more than 1,400 meters above sea level; it is hand-mown while still in bloom. Before the hay is used for the saunas and treatments we offer, it is steamed or heated in water in order to bind the pollen and render it harmless – in most cases, this is true even for persons who suffer from allergies.
